Buyer Protection, Trials & Returns

• Trade Perfumes provides Buyer Protection to help ensure customers receive fragrances as described.
• Only products explicitly marked as “5-Day Trial Eligible” qualify for trial returns.
• All other sales are final unless Buyer Protection applies.
• Return requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe. Approved returns must be shipped according to instructions provided by Trade Perfumes.

Shipping

• Sellers are required to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Trade Perfumes may intervene under Buyer Protection if sellers fail to meet shipping obligations.

Payments & Escrow
Payments are processed at checkout and held in escrow by Trade Perfumes.

Funds are released to the seller only after:

• Delivery is confirmed, or
• An applicable 5-Day Trial period has ended without an approved return.
• Trade Perfumes manages the escrow process and is responsible for resolving disputes and Buyer Protection claims.

Platform Responsibility

• Trade Perfumes operates as a marketplace and does not own inventory.
• However, Trade Perfumes is the final decision-maker for disputes, returns, and Buyer Protection claims conducted through the platform.
