Trade Perfumes is a specialized online marketplace operated under our registered business trade name TRADETACK (Registration No: TN27680982, issued in Alberta, Canada). We bring independent sellers, collectors, and perfume lovers together into a single trusted platform.

2. Fragrance Authenticity, Conditions & Types
Are the fragrances authentic?
Yes! Every seller is verified before they can list, and higher-value or flagged items are inspected by our verification partner against batch codes, packaging, and known reference samples before release. All orders are also covered by post-sale spot checks and our Buyer Protection guarantee.
How are sellers verified?
Before anyone can list, sellers complete an identity check and agree to our authenticity policy. We also review seller history on an ongoing basis, and can suspend or remove any account that lists a bottle we cannot verify.
What is the difference between Parfum, EDP, and EDT?
They refer to fragrance concentration. Parfum (Extrait) has the highest concentration of scent oils and lasts longest. Eau de Parfum (EDP) is a lighter but still long-lasting concentration, and Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter still with shorter longevity. Each listing states its exact type.
What do “New”, “Unboxed”, and “Pre-Owned” mean?
To maintain complete transparency, every listing is tagged with its exact condition:
- New / Sealed: Brand new, factory-sealed in original retail packaging.
- New / Unboxed: Genuine, unused fragrance without the outer retail box.
- Pre-Owned: Gently used or opened bottles, backed by verified photographs showing exact liquid fill levels so you can buy with confidence.
3. Shipping, Processing & Delivery
Who ships the products?
Trade Perfumes is a marketplace of independent sellers, so orders ship directly from the seller who listed your fragrance, using tracked delivery.
How long does order processing take?
Orders fulfilled directly by Trade Perfumes are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Marketplace orders follow standardized vendor dispatch timelines.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Select items across our marketplace qualify for Free Shipping, which will be clearly displayed with a “Free Shipping” badge on the product page and at checkout. For all other non-qualifying fragrances, a transparent flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies per order within the mainland US. The exact shipping fee (either $0.00 or $10.00) is explicitly itemized in your shopping cart before you make any payment.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (or up to 10–15 business days depending on ground logistics) after dispatch, based on your location and the seller. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. We currently ship strictly within the mainland US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
4. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll coordinate a resolution under Buyer Protection.
Can I return a fragrance?
Returns are considered if a fragrance is proven to be counterfeit or significantly different from its description. Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrances are otherwise non-returnable, and all returns require prior approval through Customer Support.
