• Trade Perfumes functions as an online marketplace connecting fragrance buyers with independent, verified sellers.
• Products listed on the platform may be fulfilled directly by independent sellers or through our managed logistics network. TRADETACK acts as the platform provider and final decision-maker for buyer protection, disputes, and refund approvals.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• To make a purchase on Trade Perfumes, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under parental or legal guardian supervision.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Buyer Protection, Pricing & Payments

• All transactions are processed securely through our platform and held under Buyer Protection until order delivery is verified.
• Prices for our products and third-party vendor listings are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors prior to order fulfillment.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

• Orders are processed according to our published Shipping Policy (1–2 business days handling; 3–15 business days delivery transit).
• Due to health and hygiene standards, all sales are final, and change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Eligible claims for damaged, defective, or counterfeit items must be reported within 14 days of delivery pursuant to our Refund & Return Policy.
