Buyer Protection & Returns

  • Trade Perfumes provides Buyer Protection to help ensure customers receive authentic fragrances as described.
  • All sales are final.
  • Returns or refunds will only be considered if a fragrance is proven to be counterfeit (fake) or significantly different from the product description.
  • Buyers must submit any authenticity claim within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return requests must be submitted through Trade Perfumes Customer Support and require prior approval before any item is returned.

Shipping

  • Sellers are required to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Trade Perfumes may intervene under Buyer Protection if sellers fail to meet shipping obligations.
  • Tracking information must be provided when available.

Payments & Escrow

Payments are processed at checkout and held in escrow by Trade Perfumes.

Funds are released to the seller only after:

  • Delivery of the order is confirmed, and
  • No approved Buyer Protection claim has been submitted within the allowed timeframe.

Trade Perfumes manages the escrow process and is responsible for reviewing and resolving Buyer Protection claims.

Platform Responsibility

  • Trade Perfumes operates as a marketplace and does not own or store product inventory.
  • Products are listed and sold by independent verified sellers.
  • Trade Perfumes acts as the final decision-maker for disputes, authenticity claims, and refund approvals conducted through the platform.
