Buyer Protection & Returns

• TradePerfumes provides Buyer Protection to help ensure customers receive authentic fragrances as described.
• Returns or refunds are considered if a fragrance is proven to be counterfeit (fake) or significantly different from the product description. Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrances are otherwise non-returnable.
• Buyers must submit any authenticity claim within 14 days of delivery.
• Return requests must be submitted through TradePerfumes Customer Support and require prior approval before any item is returned.

Shipping

• Sellers are required to ship orders within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• TradePerfumes may intervene under Buyer Protection if sellers fail to meet shipping obligations.
• Tracking information must be provided when available.

Payments & Buyer Protection

Payments are processed at checkout and held by TradePerfumes under Buyer Protection until delivery is confirmed. Funds are released to the seller only after:

• Delivery of the order is confirmed, and
• No approved Buyer Protection claim has been submitted within the allowed timeframe.

Platform Responsibility

• TradePerfumes operates as a marketplace and may sell products directly as well as facilitate sales by independent sellers.
• Products may be listed and sold by TradePerfumes or by independent sellers using the marketplace.
• TradePerfumes acts as the final decision-maker for disputes, authenticity claims, and refund approvals conducted through the platform.
