All trades and sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be considered if the fragrance is proven to be fake.

Overview

Trade Perfumes is an online marketplace connecting buyers with verified independent sellers of authentic new and select pre-owned fragrances. All sales are final. Because products are sold by independent sellers, returns or refunds are only considered if a product is proven to be counterfeit (fake).

Authenticity Guarantee

Trade Perfumes works with verified sellers who are expected to provide 100% authentic fragrances. If a buyer believes a product received is not authentic, a claim may be submitted for review.

Authenticity Claim Requirements

  • The buyer must submit a claim within 3 days of delivery.
  • The buyer must provide clear photos or documentation supporting the claim.
  • Trade Perfumes may request additional evidence or third-party verification.

Buyer Protection Coverage

Buyers may qualify for Buyer Protection only if:

  • The item received is proven to be counterfeit (fake).
  • The item received is significantly different from the product description.
  • The item arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete.
  • The seller fails to ship within the required timeframe.
  • All Buyer Protection claims are reviewed and decided by Trade Perfumes.

Return Approval

Requirements

  • All returns require prior approval.
  • Items returned without authorization or sent to the wrong address may be refused.

Return requests must be submitted through Trade Perfumes Customer Support and include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the authenticity claim
  • Photos or documentation supporting the claim
  • Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping instructions are provided only after approval.
  • Items are typically returned directly to the seller unless otherwise specified.
  • If the item is confirmed to be counterfeit, return shipping may be covered under Buyer Protection.

Refund Processing & Escrow

  • Payments are processed at checkout and held in escrow by Trade Perfumes.
  • Funds are released to the seller after delivery confirmation.
  • If a product is proven to be counterfeit, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Final Notes

  • Trade Perfumes does not operate a central warehouse.
  • Trade Perfumes is the final decision-maker for authenticity claims and refund approvals.
  • False or abusive claims may result in account restrictions.
