Orders are fulfilled directly by the independent seller you purchase from. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the seller’s location, but estimated delivery is shown before checkout.

Many sellers offer complimentary shipping. Shipping details are clearly displayed on each product page and at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the seller.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the seller to resolve the issue quickly.

Return eligibility is determined per product and clearly stated on each listing.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrances are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Parfum (Extrait de Parfum) – Highest concentration, longest lasting (8–12+ hours)
  • Eau de Parfum (EDP) – Strong and long-lasting (6–8 hours)
  • Eau de Toilette (EDT) – Lighter, more refreshing (4–6 hours)
